Our webinar “Capacity Building of Battery Teachers in Vocational Education and Training (CaBATT)” successfully took place and brought together educators, school leaders, international coordinators, and policymakers from across Europe. Participants explored how the CaBATT model offers a scalable and transferable approach to strengthening VET teacher competences in emerging and transitioning industries, helping to bridge training gaps where traditional learning environments are not sufficient. The session also highlighted how Erasmus+ KA1 funding can support long-term sustainability and international expansion of similar initiatives.
The programme included opening remarks, an overview of the CaBATT project, a roundtable discussion on the impact for participants, partner schools, companies, and higher education, an exploration of synergies with other projects, and a forward-looking discussion on sustainability and future use of the model.
You can find the webinar recording and all related presentation. We hope these resources inspire further collaboration and support your efforts in developing strong, future-ready teacher training initiatives across Europe.
